The management of customer relations
BTS Negotiation and Customer Relations is a business course which is very much orientated towards the sale of goods and services and is characterised by a long-term cooperation with businesses. In addition to sales techniques, students will master information and communication technologies implemented in organistations. They will take an active approach towards the customer or prospective customer.
The holder of the BTS Negotiation and Customer Relations qualification is a commercial sales manager who manages the customer relationship in its entirety.
French Baccalaureate graduates from any stream.
There will be 16 weeks of work experience and of the preparatory assignments there will be one preparatory day per week over the two years.
These internships can lead to one or more commercial projects within one or more companies.
